2. Return and Refund Policy
Return EligibilityMerchandise is eligible for a refund if the item/s are:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with 30 days upon delivery
- Return with original packaging and/or tags
- Return with the original box, if the item was received in a box.
Jellomart’s Return ProcessKindly return items to our web office or store location within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please take note that refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

Refund and Exchange ProcessYou will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment method used. We begin processing returns as soon as they deliver to us, kindly allow us up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
