Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 pm (South Korea Time) will be processed the same business day. The delivery time usually takes 1-2 business days depending on the delivery destination within (selected place in South Korea). Customers will receive an email regarding their order tracking. Please note that processing time does not include the weekends and holidays.

Free Shipping

Shoppers who reached the minimum purchase of (amount) will enjoy the free shipping! However, the shipping address must be within the (selected location in South Korea).

International Shipping

Good news! We shipped internationally!!

International orders are estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout. Customers internationally will receive an email for order updates.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Merchandise is eligible for a refund if the item/s are:

1. Unworn and in original condition
2. Returned with 30 days upon delivery
3. Return with original packaging and/or tags
4. Return with the original box, if the item was received in a box.

Jellomart’s Return Process

Kindly return items to our web office or store location within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please take note that refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

2. Pack the item/s in the original packaging material or box.
3. Attach the return shipping label and drop off your package to the nearest shipping courier.

Refund and Exchange Process

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment method used. We begin processing returns as soon as they deliver to us, kindly allow us up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

If you just need a different color, size, or style of your order, please follow the above guidelines and instructions on how to return an item from your order. Once you have completed your return, simply place an order for your replacement item.
